Hello! We are pleased that you are visiting our website and hope you will enjoy this effort to inform you of our company and staff. We sold our first home in 1980. I fixed up a used single-wide home for a nice young couple just starting out and found my happiness as a result of making them happy. That process has repeated itself several hundred times over the past years and we look forward to including you in our ever-growing family of friends. My daughter, Michelle Watley, and I conduct a family operated business focused toward families like yours and ours. 

Our mission is to help others with affordable work-force housing and improve their quality of life. We are proud to be the oldest dealership in this area.

Michelle has experience in all phases of this family run dealership over the past several years. She presently works a limited schedule as Coordinator of Accounts Payable / Receivable and assists in other departments as needed. Michelle shares the resource of dealership history and enhances the focus of our mission statement.

Kenny has over two years experience with the sales staff of Dale Hodges Homes and an extensive background of sales the past fifteen years. Most of these years were in the manufactured housing industry in this area. His numerous awards and achievements are testimony to his skills of providing his customers with world class customer service. His knowledge of this industry has served him well and will provide you with the guidance of home selection, financing and making sure of your complete satisfaction.

Ken wears many hats and has a broad spectrum of duties in his positions of responsibility. He is most likely the one to respond in directing your phone call regarding sales or service. Ken also manages our Service Dept. and acts as a liaison with the manufacturers and vendors. He oversees the operations of office related functions and assists guests during their visit to see our beautiful homes. Ken enjoys a varied management background and has been with us since July 2003.
